RULES

    1. Betting is not allowed for users from the USA (where sports betting is prohibited) on MostBet.

    8. Bets will not be accepted from:

    9. If the second clause of these Rules is violated, the betting participant is held liable. In cases of violations of these Rules, the bookmaker reserves the right to refuse to make any payout, refuse to return staked amounts, and cancel all bets.     14. According to the investigation results regarding the specified cases, the remaining balances in clients’ accounts may not be returned based on the discretion of the bookmaker. In this case, the remaining amount will be considered without distinguishing illegally obtained funds. The company reserves the right not to cover expenses for payment system commissions during the processes of depositing or withdrawing funds from users’ accounts at MostBet.
    15. The company has the right to conduct the identity verification process by requesting video conferences or identity confirming documents.
    16. If the security service of the bookmaker suspects the identity of the betting participants or the authenticity of the information they provided (address, credit or debit card, etc.), they have the right to request additional documents from the client based on the company’s discretion and to suspend any payments until they are verified.
